West Kilimanjaro Dairy Products was built on a simple idea: dairy production should be a natural part of Tanzania's agricultural landscape, and small farmers should be part of that story. Since our founding in 2001, we have worked directly with local farmers in the West Kilimanjaro region to source the fresh milk that goes into every product we make.
Working closely with farmers means we can be selective about quality from the very first step in our process, long before milk reaches our processing floor. It also means our growth as a business supports the livelihoods of the families who supply us.
As a family-run company ourselves, we understand what it takes to build something over generations — and we're proud that our supply chain reflects that same spirit of small, local enterprise.
